I purchased a house through Vicki Mahan and the experience was great. Vicki was very knowledgeable of the process The home I purchased was a new build and I knew nothing about buying a new home. Vicki’s attention to detail saved me many times. She thought of things to include that I would have never thought of. Details that really mattered to me later. Her knowledge of construction as well as Real Estate was invaluable. She accompanied me to the Design Center to pick out flooring, cabinets, counter tops any many other details of a new build. She could easily be an interior decorator as she has a great sense of design as well as the ability to envision what things would look like before they were installed. I was very impressed with her patience, and knowledge of contracts. She steered me through the negotiation process with a great eye for detail. I highly recommend Vicki she is thoughtful and it really mattered to her that I got what I wanted in a home.
